Workout Breakdown:
3 exercises:  Abdominal Crunch / Hip Raise,  Oblique Twist, and Plank Jacks / Knee to Elbow

Repeat each exercise 10 times.  Complete the Circuit 3 times.

First Set:
10 Abdominal Crunch / Hip Raise
10 Oblique Twist
10  Plank Jacks / Knee to Elbow

Second Set:
10 Abdominal Crunch / Hip Raise
10 Oblique Twist
10  Plank Jacks / Knee to Elbow

Third Set:
10 Abdominal Crunch / Hip Raise
10 Oblique Twist
10  Plank Jacks / Knee to Elbow

Done!  Phew!
