Workout Breakdown:
3 exercises:  Chest Press, Push-Up (Triceps Push-Up from knees) and Lift & Press.

Repeat each exercise 8 times.  Complete the Circuit 3 times.

First Set:
8 Chest Press
4 Standard Push-Up, 4 Triceps Push-Up (from knees, arms close together)
8 Lift & Press

Second Set:
8 Chest Press
4 Standard Push-Up, 4 Triceps Push-Up (from knees, arms close together)
8 Lift & Press

Third Set:
8 Chest Press
4 Standard Push-Up, 4 Triceps Push-Up (from knees, arms close together)
8 Lift & Press
